Anova is working as the Owner’s Technical Representative at the Ivy Tech Community College in Columbus, IN. The new $32 million, 80,000-square-foot Main Building at the Columbus AirPark is slated to replace the aging Poling Hall and is scheduled to open in 2022. The new facility will house student commons, enrollment services, and the health science, nursing and visual communications programs. The upgraded facility will also feature natural light, an entrepreneurial center and a rooftop terrace.
The project is coming along with building foundations about 60% completed and some site utilities in place. Structural Steel is anticipated to be delivered around May 17th, 2021.
