Aaron leads the Planning and Scheduling team that has over a combined 100 years of experience.
Starting his career on projects in the construction trailer, Aaron brings a practical and pragmatic approach to planning and scheduling. Some of his first projects were for Biotech and Pharma clients building regulated facilities. Aaron has since applied his understanding of complicated systems and the attention to detail required to make regulated facilities successful and applied it to planning and scheduling.
Aaron has experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling. He has acted as a schedule operator developing and managing construction schedules across multiple market segments including Pharma, BioTech, Higher Education, Hospitality, Entertainment, Industrial, and Healthcare. In addition to acting as an operator, Aaron has served as the owner’s technical representative or client Subject Matter Expert in the BioTech, Pharma, and Healthcare industries, helping to ensure client goals are met and objectives are achieved.
Aaron is passionate about adding value and promoting efficiency. With experience using different Lean methodologies, Aaron promotes and facilitates the use of Pull Planning and Takt (Flow) Planning wherever possible. Aaron is a compassionate and effective leader and mentor of those within his department and anyone else in the ‘schedule-space’ on his projects, and teams.
When Aaron isn’t geeking out on schedule data, he enjoys playing sports or coaching his son’s team. He also enjoys trying to paint. His portrait of his Wirehaired Pointing Griffon Walter was actually good enough to make his office wall.
