Nate is a graduate of Purdue University with more than 30 years of construction experience, leading successful project delivery across several market sectors. Nate represents the 3rd generation of his family with a career in construction. He joined Anova as Project Executive in 2022 after serving in the same role for Anova’s sister company, Shiel Sexton.
As a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), Nate understands that quality at every phase of construction ultimately leads to a functional built environment. Nate welcomes the challenges of complicated, critical projects and impassioned by our client’s end user needs and requirements.
Some of his key projects include Gainbridge Fieldhouse Renovation, One Cardinal Way at Ballpark Village, Van Andel Institute Phase 2, Danforth Plant Science Center Expansion, and various Pharma production, quality control, and research lab projects. Complex mechanical systems and difficult project constraints are Nate’s specialty.
When not working, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife of 30+ years and adult children, traveling and attending live music concerts and festivals. He is an avid auto racing fan, having attended over 150 auto race events since the early 1980’s. Nate supports National Heart Association, the United Way, and USA Homestays.
