Riley is a senior leader with extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale projects in highly regulated, high-tech environments. He brings a strong technical foundation and a collaborative approach to guiding multi-functional teams across the full project lifecycle, with expertise in pharmaceutical and life-sciences facilities.
He previously served in senior leadership roles on major pharmaceutical greenfield manufacturing campuses, leading teams responsible for some of the industry’s most complex capital programs. His experience includes mega-site development and large capital portfolios across pharmaceutical manufacturing and life-sciences facilities, from early planning through execution, commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness. He partnered closely with executive stakeholders to guide delivery strategies, project controls, change management, quality, and safety.
Earlier in his career, Riley managed global facilities and laboratory projects within the agricultural and advanced manufacturing sectors and began his career in the energy industry supporting oil and gas operations in engineering leadership roles.
Riley’s leadership style centers on building strong, high-performing teams through trust, communication, and collaboration. He is a proud Butler University alum and holds an MBA in International Business, along with bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry.
Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son in sports, playing golf, and attending Butler basketball games to cheer on the Bulldogs.
