Scott Martin has over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and has developed a robust skill set that includes project management, facilities management, HVAC systems, and quality systems, among others.

Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of the design, construction, and project delivery processes. His expertise spans various project types and market sectors, allowing him to excel in roles such as project manager, project engineer, and senior facility engineer. Scott’s detailed responsibilities have included project start-up facilitation, design management, pre-construction services, competitive bid estimating, project scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and facility decontamination.

Scott has successfully managed numerous successful teams and high-profile projects. His leadership in commissioning and qualification has ensured that facilities are fully functional and productive, meeting production, regulatory, and quality goals.

In addition to his team leadership and project-specific duties, Scott has been involved in office operations, strategic planning, environmental health and safety, and corporate team leadership. His ability to develop and execute preventative maintenance plans, troubleshoot equipment issues, and lead process improvement projects has significantly reduced operating costs and improved system efficiencies.
