Anova provided commissioning and qualification services as well as the construction of a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility for INCOG BioPharma Services. The steel and precast structure includes office space, laboratories, clean rooms, a clean-room production area, manufacturing lines, warehouses, and a shipping area. The clean-room space will help INCOG increase its drug production manufacturing and provide flexibility for growth. The facility also has a clean steam system, allowing for the proper cleaning and sanitization of glass vials that will safely hold medicine.
The project was constructed in two phases. The overall project value, including land acquisition, was $100 Million.
Located on 16-acres of undeveloped land, the 80,000 SF facility will help expand operations and create 150 new jobs related to the production and distribution of medicines and vaccines.
