Tell us about yourself: I am 36 years old and I have been working in construction since I graduated High School. I am one of 8 siblings and my older brother also works for our parent company, Shiel Sexton. I am married and have 4 kids: three boys and one girl. I like to try foods from different places, and my absolute favorite dish is Ceviche. I enjoy taking my family on a yearly vacation and our favorite place to visit is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
What is your favorite part about working for Anova? My favorite part about working for Anova is that we have the opportunity to travel to different places and the team members that I have been able to work with have been great coworkers. The ability to travel has led me to live in places I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Every project is different and that has allowed me to continue to learn and grow in my career.
What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, and I enjoy taking my son to practice sports. I also like to play sports and play competitive games like soccer, pool, and bean bags. In the summertime, our family likes to play volleyball, and my whole extended family and friends get together for tournaments and cookouts while playing all day.
People would be surprised if they knew…? That I like reading investing books, especially stock analysis books and my favorite investor is Warren Buffett.
