Anova was hired by the Construction Manager, Powers and Sons, to provide oversight on construction related LEED credits. This included installation of solar panels on the roof which provide a forty-five percent off-set of solar powered energy. In addition, seventy-five percent of construction waste was diverted from the landfill, high energy systems were installed, and charging stations for electric cars and bike racks were installed. Anova ensured the documentation for the building materials were sustainably sourced/produced and that materials used were low emitting for construction staff and occupants.

The West Perry Library is a 25,000 square foot new library branch that includes study and activity spaces, a community meeting room, and increases access to computers and new technologies, providing additional library resources to the Perry Township community. The West Perry Library will fill a large geographical gap in services for South Marion Country residents. The library sits on a 5-acre lot and has a 100 person capacity.
