Cameron Crooks, Anova Safety & Quality Specialist, recently passed the exam for and earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. This program and level of Lean Six Sigma will help Cameron to measure performance and identify process issues, while lowering waste and inefficiencies. Once these issues are identified Cameron will be better equipped to facilitate solutions.
Cameron is now well versed in many methods, including the DMAIC, DMADV, JIT, 5s, Kanban methodologies to help him be an even more successful Safety and Quality Manager on any job.
