Anova New Hires

New Hires card

Anova is pleased to share two new hires we’ve welcomed to the team recently.

Jessica Williams is a Anova’s most recent Safety Professional hire. She will be working full time at Corteva Agriscience in Indianapolis assisting our other team members writing permits and performing inspections. Jessica has previously supported some of the safety and security, alongside Anova and Shiel Sexton, at the new Marion County Community Justice Campus, the Muncie Ball State dorms, and many other smaller projects in the past. Jessica earned her Safety Trained Supervisor in Construction (STSC) credential in 2019 and is currently studying to earn her Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) credential this year. She also holds the OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 24, and is certified in CPR/AED/First Aid. She will take a small break from higher education while earning her CHST, then attend IUPUI to support her degree in Environmental Health and Safety. Jessica is passionate about safety because this is something she enjoys, and she wants everyone to make it home safely, in one piece.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys many different mediums of art, joking around, video games, and being with her family.

Brody Donnelly comes to Anova after a few years working as a Safety Technician. He graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associates in Agriculture before transferring to Indiana State University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Safety Management.  Brody loves having the opportunity to work with a great group of individuals and provide a safe and quality work environment. In his spare time he likes to spend time with family and friends and help on his family farm.

We’re so happy to welcome you to our company!
