It’s summertime, and with it comes, interns. Anova would like to introduce you to Sam Kennedy. Sam is a senior at Bethel University studying engineering.
As an intern for Anova, Sam will be responsible for assisting our commissioning team and learning the owner’s representative side on construction with a hands-on approach. Sam kicked-off his internship on June 1 and will be with us until July 31.
During his internship with Anova, Sam hopes to experience the ordinary, day-to-day life of a mechanical engineer.
“I chose Anova for the opportunity to obtain direct experience working with the commissioning team,” said Kennedy. “I’m interested in both mechanical and civil engineering, and I hope this internship will help me make a decision on which career path to follow.”
Currently, Sam is working on the City of Indianapolis Community Justice Campus and the Langham APX Warehouse projects.
Beyond studying to become an engineer, Sam is a musician. He has been playing the guitar for nine years and bass for five years.
Thank you, Sam, for choosing Anova! We look forward to having you on our team.
